Muhammad Noor Abd Aziz, Male, 51, a Malaysian, was previously the Motors Division Chief Financial Officer from September 2020 to October 2023, responsible for all financial matters and disciplines across the Motors Division.
Before joining Sime Darby, Muhammad Noor was the Chief Financial Officer for UEM Edgenta and the Group Chief Financial Officer for Pos Malaysia. He also spent nearly 15 years with Nestle in various capacities and roles in several countries.
Muhammad Noor has over 26 years of experience as a finance and business leader with demonstrated exposure in the manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, package/freight delivery, healthcare, infrastructure solutions, and automotive businesses in FMCG, Retail, Concession and Trading industries.
Muhammad Noor holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Salford University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School in Boston, and Corporate and Financial Restructuring Program at the Amsterdam Institute of Finance in Amsterdam.
